We do everything to get you started. We start off by helping you obtain all of your important pre set-up requirements such as location, sign requirements and helping with obtaining your lease. Once your lease is signed, our Manager will be in constant contact with you. Together, they will coordinate the pre-setup process, securing all the needs prior to out trip to set up. Members of our Staff will also work with you on design of your exterior signage.
Once the store space is ready for work, we send to the store site one of our setup Supervisors who will coordinate the setup crew in the assembly and installation of fixtures, and the stocking of all games and accessories. Store owners are encouraged (but not required) to be available during the setup process. The supervisor will be able to train you on various inventory techniques during this time. On the last day of the setup, when the store is ready to open the Supervisor will be there to ensure that the new owner is comfortable in their role as business owners and provide 5 days of training.
The Supervisor will provide you with all contacts needed within the industry to keep your business going and growing on a regular basis. After the 5 day training, we will provide ongoing support for the following 6 months to help in any way with your business. Even without experience in the industry you will be fully ready to open and run your store from day one. With this package you can set up an amazing high quality store for under $85,000 total investment and your store will look and feel better than franchises that cost over $150,000. Don't worry about the knowledge of trade-in values for video games. We train you, but the software does most of the work.
